Shrimp Fra Diavolo

A little fiery heat in a basic tomato sauce tossed with seasoned sizzled shrimp and pasta. This Shrimp Fra Diavolo is a quick and easy meal to throw together and one of our favorite Italian Dinner recipes!

Shrimp Fra Diavolo

I’m not Italian, but it’s no secret that Italian families love their food and are very family oriented. In my home area, the Italian restaurants in were all known to be closed on Monday. It was their family day. I think we could all benefit from having one family day a week. Which is why I love Sunday Supper so much! To me, Sunday Supper is all family!

Shrimp Fra Diavolo

This week Sunday Supper is having an Italian Feast and our host for this event is of Manuela of Manu’s Menu. Thank you Manuela for hosting!

Shrimp Fra Diavolo

This recipe for Shrimp Fra Diavolo is so quick and easy to put together, you could easily  make this a week night meal. The shrimp is simply cooked in a little olive oil and garlic, then removed from the pan.

Shrimp Fra Diavolo

Your spicy tomato sauce is made in the same pan the shrimp is made in. When the sauce is ready, you put the shrimp back into the saucepan and toss to coat. Serve over some cooked pasta along with a nice slice of garlic bread if you wish!

Shrimp Fra Diavolo

I had to get a good look at all that gorgeous shrimp before I messed it up! What is your favorite Italian dish?
